Creates a new Data Block of octave band measurements from a Data Block of narrow band frequency domain measurements. When it is executed, a dialog box is opened.
Choose the octave band in the dialog box, and click on OK.
If less than 5 samples of narrow band data were used to create an octave band, the octave band frequency is enclosed in brackets [ ].
In the figure below, several Octave bands were created with less than 5 samples.
